At Time to Shine, we believe a clean space can do more than look good. It can give you back time, reduce stress, create independence, and make life feel a little more manageable.
Kristy Jackson started Time to Shine in 2022 with a simple goal: help real people without judgment. We understand that life gets busy, circumstances change, and sometimes keeping up with your home or business becomes one more thing on an already full plate.
That’s where we come in.
Whether we’re helping a busy family stay ahead of the weekly mess, preparing a business for another workday, helping an elderly client with tasks they can no longer comfortably do themselves, or stepping in when someone is going through a difficult situation, our goal is always the same: make life a little easier.

Our mission is to deliver tailored cleaning solutions that address the distinct needs of each client. We strive to surpass expectations and foster long-term relationships by providing customized cleaning plans that prioritize exceptional service.
At Time to Shine, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to cleaning. Every home, business, family, and situation is different. We take the time to listen, understand what you need, and create a cleaning plan that works for you.
A Team Built Around People
Time to Shine has grown into a team of people with different strengths and areas of expertise.
Our management team includes leaders specializing in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and team development. This allows us to provide knowledgeable support to our clients while continuing to invest in the people who make Time to Shine what it is.
But developing our team means more than teaching someone how to clean.
We believe in giving people opportunities to grow, build confidence, develop new skills, and become leaders. When our team grows, we're able to provide an even better experience for our clients and serve more people throughout our community.
